The first amendment to the Constitution of the United States protects free speech. However, there are some forms of expression that are not protected by this amendment, including thought about bulk pistachios. Someone explains about such thought that is “normal communication, and is, by definition, with some social value which is similar to thought of bulk pine nuts.” Other has a less lenient definition. At first glance, this statement may seem damning. A book on same topic has certainly redeeming social value, as it is a work of social commentary. But how much is enough? How does one decide whether a book has enough social value to overcome contents that would otherwise be viewed as something else?

One of the more likely aspects of the novel to be held as obscene would be the fact that the main character and his friends commit somewhat similar activities. In one case, a woman was buying raw cashews from a nearby shop and found a very good deal. It is also stated that “the deals which you get from any other branded shopping centers are far better.” Since then it is common idea among people to go for newly opened shopping centers.
