CBT Training
I was very sceptical when I was first asked to do a Microsoft Office CBT. My company have not done courses like this before and they wanted a small group of us to have a go as a trial to see whether it was something which we felt the company would be wise to swap over to, rather than the more conventional style of courses that they tend to do a lot of. It seemed like a big responsibility to me, to be testing something which could effect the way the company do their training in the future. However, once I started the CBT training it was obvious to me that this was far superior to any type of training that I had done in the past and I therefore had no problem in recommended it for everyone to do. It was not only fun and easy to do but it was convenient and great to be able to move at your own pace and repeat parts that you did not fully understand. I ended up being really pleased that they asked me to do it and I was especially happy when all of the other people who did the course, also felt that it suited them as well.
